1) To demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of contemporary social work models, methods and theories relevant to the work, powers and duties, and policy and procedures of the agency, to support learners (student social workers or those on post-qualified routes) on placement or in the work place (PEPS Domain A and B)
2) To show the knowledge and understanding to design and create a learning environment conducive for the demonstration of assessed capability at the required level (PEPS Domain A and B)
3) To evidence the knowledge of approaches and methods for assessing learners' performance against the professional capabilities framework at the relevant level (PEPS Domain C)
4) To demonstrate knowledge of employing organisation's quality assurance, performance and capability systems (PEPS Domain D)
